Send or receive illegal, illicit, or harmful content.
Distribute malware, viruses, phishing links, or engaging in any cyberattacks.
Automate account registrations on third-party websites in a manner that violates their respective Terms of Service.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overwhelm our servers or API services.
We reserve the right to ban IP addresses, domains, or user accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Accounts
Certain features of Dakbox.net require a registered account and a premium subscription (such as Custom Domains, Lifetime Access, or the OTP Helper).
Billing: If you purchase a premium service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Offline Payments: For transactions handled via offline payments (e.g., bank transfer), access to premium features will exclusively be granted upon manual administrative verification and approval of the payment proof.
Refunds: Due to the digital and consumable nature of temporary email services, all sales are final. Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion or where required by law.
4. API Usage and Limitations
If you use the Dakbox API (via API Keys):
You must keep your API keys secure and not share them publicly.
You agree to adhere to rate limits and quota restrictions (such as the OTP Helper feature limits).
We reserve the right to revoke API keys or suspend API access if we detect abusive, excessive, or unauthorized usage.
5. No Guarantee of Delivery or Retention
Dakbox.net is a temporary email service.
We do not guarantee that emails will be delivered instantly or at all, as delivery depends on various external factors (sender blacklists, spam filters, network issues).
You acknowledge that all emails received are temporary and will be permanently deleted from our servers. Do not use Dakbox.net to receive critical, sensitive, or irreplaceable information (e.g., banking alerts, main account recoveries, or legal notices).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of our service is entirely at your own risk.
